Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. We handle the setup and show you everything you need in a short training session. Most clients never touch the technical side.
Will an AI assistant say the wrong thing to my customers?
It's set up to answer only from information you approve, such as your prices, hours, services and FAQs. When it's unsure, it hands over to you instead of guessing. You can review conversations at any time.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once it's paid for, the site and content are yours. If you ever want to move it elsewhere, we'll help you do it.
What about GDPR and customer data?
We use reputable, UK/EU-compliant providers, add the right privacy notices, and keep customer data to the minimum needed.
Which areas do you cover?
Anywhere in the UK. We're based in West Yorkshire and happy to meet in person across Yorkshire and the North, including Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Halifax and Manchester. Everywhere else, we work just as well over video calls.
How do payments work?
50% to start and 50% on launch, or split into 3 monthly payments at no extra cost. Monthly plans are rolling, with no long contracts.
